Diane Yetter photoThe determination of the amount of tax you need to charge will vary depending on where you make the sale. If you take orders and ship the CD's to customers in OH, then the sales tax rate that you would generally charge is the location where you receive the order. If the CD's are sold at an event, the tax rate would generally be the event location since that is where you would receive the order. You can look up tax rates on the OH Department of Revenue web page by either address, zip code or latitude/longitude.
