Diane Yetter photoThe determination as to whether you are required to collect tax depends on your activities in the state of Georgia. If you have established nexus in Georgia then you would be required to either collect sales tax or receive a valid exemption certificate from the Georgia customer. Nexus can be established if you have a permanent or temporary presence through people (your own or agents) and property. If you would like additional assistance with this matter, feel free to contact us and we can discuss options.
