Full Question: We are trying to setup a new business where we will be providing over the phone support and remotely logging into customer computer to help with issues if needed. So do we need to collect Sales Tax for this kind of support in Florida. We will be offering this service through a website. So depending on internet traffic, the customer could be from any state.
